Molded Grating

Leihong molded grating is a unified structure combining vinyl resin and continuous fiberglass roving, also called molded fiberglass grating, industrial grating. As a bi-directionally strong product, it allows openings for piping or cables in the grating of up to 10 inches without any additional support required. During the molded manufacturing process, the continuous fiberglass rovings are completely covered in a high percentage of resin, 65% by volume. With this high resin content, molded grating is one of the most chemically resistant gratings and are often used in caustic chemical environments without hesitation.

1. Smooth Surface - This form is great for Bar Screens at Architectural or Wastewater Treatment plants applications.

2. Concave Surface (meniscus profile) - It is how the frp grating comes naturally out of the mold. The raised edges form a lip which offers slip resistance.

3. Grit Surface - Excellent slip-resistant surface.

(1) Standard Grit - It's the most commonly used.

(2) Aluminum Oxide Grit - Usually used in heavy industrial application.

(3) Barefoot Grit - It's perfect for Water park applications or parks where may be barefoot yet still require slip resistance.

4. Conductive Black Grit Surface - For use in high static areas. When grounded, the conductive surface allows the build-up of dangerous static electricity to be drained from the surface.
