Select The Resin Type Of Sewage tank cover

There are three commonly used resin types for Sewage tank cover: ophthalmic, m-phenylene and vinyl. Its price is directly proportional to the corrosion resistance, so the most economical resin type should be selected according to the corrosive medium of the use environment, the performance introduction and the corrosion resistance performance table.
A. Ophthalmic type: It has ordinary corrosion resistance and can withstand atmospheric aging, seawater corrosion, etc., and the long-term use temperature is -50~60℃.
B. Isophenylene type (for municipal use): It has excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand environments such as medium concentrations of inorganic acids and alkalis, various salts, etc., and the long-term use temperature is -50~90°C.
C. Vinyl type (for chemical industry): It has excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand very harsh corrosive environments such as acid, alkali, salt, solvent, or alternating acid and alkali. The long-term use temperature is -50~110℃.
