According to the surface classification of FRP grating, it can be divided into three categories: groove surface, sand surface and smooth surface.
1. Concave FRP grating
The utility model is naturally formed and is a universal standard anti-skid grille. Its top surface is an anti-slip inner arc surface, and the two edges on its surface are formed during the molding process. It can be used in water treatment plants, living quarters, electroplating plants, sewage treatment plants, chemical plants and other fields.
2. Sand-paved FRP grating
Quartz sand is added to the top of the fiberglass grating, which is used in oily, slope environments or places with high anti-skid protection requirements, especially in humid, oily, and icy environments. Scope of application: bridge decks, stair treads, ditch covers, floors, etc.
3. Smooth surface fiberglass grating
Smooth FRP grating is a grating formed on the basis of the original FRP grating after surface grinding. It is a grating with smooth upper and lower ends. It is mainly used in building decoration, machine walkways and other fields.
4. Microporous fiberglass grating
Also known as the cross-type FRP grating, because of its small opening, it can reduce the number of dangerous items falling from the grating during high-altitude operations. It is suitable for areas such as high-altitude working passages to prevent heavy objects from falling. This double-layer microporous grating is also suitable It can effectively reduce vibration in places where there are wheels for walking.
5. Cover type fiberglass grating
Covered fiberglass grating is used to prevent certain small tools or items from falling under the fence holes; or to prevent odors on the ground; and to prevent vehicle passages.
