1. Before installing pipelines, the equipment nozzles, embedded parts, reserved holes, steel structures and other contents involved in pipeline installation should be reviewed.
2. The slope of the pipeline should be adjusted according to the requirements of the drawing. The adjustment method can use supports to meet the slope requirements. The welds should be set in a place that is convenient for maintenance and observation.
3. The inside of the pipeline connected to the transmission equipment must be cleaned before installation. The welding fixed pipe mouth should generally be far away from the equipment to avoid the impact of stress caused by welding on the installation accuracy of the transmission equipment.
4. Before connecting the pipeline to the machine, strong opposition should be prevented, and the parallelism and coaxiality of the flange should be checked in a free state.
5. The safety valve should be installed vertically. When put into trial operation, the safety valve should be adjusted in time. The final adjustment of the safety valve is performed on the system, and the opening and reseating pressures must comply with the design documents.
6. Before installing the valve, check its model according to the design document, and determine its installation direction according to the medium flow direction. When the valve and the pipeline are connected by flange or thread, the valve should be installed in the closed state; if it is installed by welding, the valve must not be closed.
7. Temporary replacement of instrument components: When installing all instrument components, temporary components will be used to replace them. After the pressure test, flushing, and purging work is completed, they will be formally installed before feeding.
