Precautions for installation of fiberglass deck grating

Key points to note when installing fiberglass lighting tiles:
After the laying is completed, the position of the lighting board is reserved, and the construction is gradually carried out from the cornice to the ridge direction. The lighting panel is directly buckled on the side crest of the steel plate.
The diameter of the pilot hole before fixing the lighting tile must be 6-9mm larger than the diameter of the fixing screw to allow for thermal expansion and contraction.
When the lighting tiles and steel plates are overlapped longitudinally, there must be a minimum overlap of 200mm, and two waterstops must be attached.
When fixing the lighting tiles, a good flashing gasket must be used between the screws and the lighting board to prevent water and dust.
After inserting the flashing gasket into the screw, use an electric drill to lock it into the purlin to complete the fixing of the lighting panel.
When constructing lighting tiles, it is strictly forbidden to step directly on the wave crest to avoid cracking of the lighting panels. A 1200mmx300mm (length x width) anti-slip thick wooden board must be placed in the lateral position of the lighting board, and the guide holes and fixing screws of the lighting board must be made by stepping on it.
