Design plan
1. Tower body
The tower body is made of fiberglass, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and has good impact resistance. The interior of the tower should be designed with a horizontal or inclined drip plate to facilitate full contact between liquid and exhaust gas. In addition, a baffle should be installed at the inlet to enable the gas to flow into the tower evenly.
2. Liquid circulation system
Liquid circulation systems generally consist of pools, pumps and pipelines. During design, appropriate pump and pipeline specifications should be determined based on factors such as the amount of exhaust gas and the lift of the pump. In addition, in order to increase the dust removal effect, a certain amount of chemicals should be added to the water to increase the surface tension of the liquid and reduce the adhesion of the droplets.
3. Conveyor system
The conveying system includes fans, air ducts, regulating valves and other equipment. Its function is to blow the waste gas into the tower and distribute the gas evenly. During design, appropriate fan and pipeline specifications should be determined based on factors such as exhaust gas pressure and flow. In addition, in order to increase the dust removal effect, an atomizer can be added to the air duct to evenly distribute the spray liquid in the air flow.
