Requirements for fiberglass pipe docking process

The docking construction between FRP pipes is simple, does not require too many processes, and the demand between calibers is also low. However, the docking process has certain requirements:
1. Before joining the fiberglass pipes, make sure that the diameters of the pipes are the same. Do not cause the pipes to be unable to be bonded due to a large diameter difference.
2. The docking and docking should be on a horizontal plane, and the contact surface should be lubricated and free of fluctuations. Some large pipes should be cut into slopes to facilitate the stability of pipe docking.
3. After grinding the slopes of all pipes, the inner lining must be leaked to facilitate the laying and bonding of the rear structural layer materials.
4. During the construction of FRP pipelines, pipe joints and bonding modifications should be carried out in strict accordance with high-pressure pipeline specifications. Uninspected pipelines must not be used.
5. The pipe docking should be determined as a straight horizontal line with no height difference, leaving a gap of about 4 mm at both ends of the pipe.
6. The lining of the FRP pipe should be completely solidified and polished, and the internal lubrication and clogging should be low after the dust on the inner wall is removed.
7. Some large-diameter pipes, such as pipes with a diameter greater than DN600, should be connected separately to ensure the overall integrity and the lubrication and integrity of the inner wall and structural layer.
