1. The inlet pipe must be filled with liquid, and the pump is prohibited from operating in a cavitation state.
2. Check the motor current value regularly, and it must not exceed the rated current of the motor.
3. After the pump has been running for a long time, if the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection. Wearing parts can be replaced when necessary, and the unit overhaul period is generally one year.
4. Perform regular maintenance on the water pump once a year: disassemble the machine and inspect the wearing parts one by one. If any damage is found, replace it in time. The motor bearings should be replaced once a year;
5. Perform maintenance on the water pump every year. The insulation resistance of the motor should be greater than 2 megohms. Perform anti-corrosion maintenance on equipment regularly.
