1. The water pump and fan can only be operated when they are completely normal;
2. If the water pump is started after maintenance, attention must be paid to whether all parts of the water pump are normal;
3. Clean and replace the packing regularly to prevent the wind resistance from increasing and reducing the treatment effect. Since the filler is easily clogged by debris and will crystallize during the waste gas treatment process, the filler needs to be flushed frequently to prevent clogging. At the same time, the packing needs to be replaced regularly; the cleaning and replacement cycle can be determined according to the actual situation. The general cleaning cycle is twice a year and the replacement cycle is once every two years;
4. Open the sedimentation tank to drain mud regularly (about one week) to remove wet dust and impurities;
5. It is necessary to ensure that the water pump operates in the presence of water to prevent damage caused by pumping out.
